    I offer one-to-one private coaching, as well as small groups (2-3 students) training sessions.

  • Remote coaching is best for “DIY” athletes who want to train on their own schedule and at their own pace, while utilizing the support of a coach to launch them towards their goals much more efficiently.

    This involves coaching calls, check-ins, program modifications, form evaluations, and long-term planning to help you meet your goals.

    We begin with a full-body performance assessment and program design, along with a nutrition and lifestyle consultation. After that it’s off to the races, implementing the plan and optimizing performance.

  • For athletes based in Santa Barbara (or who visit regularly) searching for and option involving a mix of in-person and remote coaching. The base option includes one in-person session per week, along with 2 days of remote programming, depending on your schedule.

  • Do you know your way around a gym and have experience lifting, but desire a more individualized and optimized approach to training?

    The assessment and program design option is ideal for advanced clients seeking high quality programming, tailored specifically to their goals. My full-body assessment is designed to identify your unique weak links and your program will revolve around strengthening them to optimize your performance.
